This morning I received a frantic call from Alicia. She was crying and hard to understand. My first thought was that she had been in an accident. Alicia’s next words were Luna jumped out of the truck. My heart sank thinking she was injured or worse. Alicia finally was able to tell me she had jumped … Continue reading Luna Jumped Out of the Truck!
I pressure washed the shop yesterday (Sunday). We are expecting sunny weather for another week so it gives us some time to get some painting done and make the shop match the house. Rose rolled the west side today. Some cut in and the grooves of the siding need touch up with my brush. The … Continue reading Started Painting Shop
The rotted wood was finally repaired this week and as soon as that was done we painted it and finally completed the job. That was a lot of work for both of us. I will be posting a more in-depth article on the painting project soon.

I was there on time, and they were late, almost so late that we would miss adopting her until the next day. Luckily, the staff was nice enough … Continue reading Luna, Our Newest Family Member
These are photos of Luna of the past few days. She has been a great new friend to all of us. She has to keep the cone until this Thursday and then the stitches will be removed. It's clear that she has some spunk and will really enjoy going on hikes with Rose and Alicia. … Continue reading Such a Cutie. We named her Luna
